We had an incredible stay at Vincci Seleccion Aleysa. The staff displayed exceptional warmth, making us feel truly welcomed from the moment we arrived. The luxurious spa and stunning beach access were highlights, providing both relaxation and enjoyment. However, the unexpected closure of the spa facilities on our second day was disappointing, as it changed our plans significantly. Overall, the experiences were delicious and delightful, but I wish the spa had been open throughout our visit.
